CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
A certificate of participation will be issued for all full-time
registered delegates.
AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING
No personal audio or video taping of any kind is permitted.
REFUND POLICY
Any request for refund must be made in writing, postmarked no
later than 12 July 2008 and is subjected
to an administrative charge of SGD50.
TRANSFER POLICY
Please note that transfer or sharing of registration will not
be entertained.
CONFIRMATION
Along with your receipt, a letter of confirmation acknowledging
your registration and allocated workshops will be mailed to
you. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for processing. In the
event that there is insufficient time for mailing, the letter
will be e-mailed to you. Confirmation letters must
be presented at the Registration Desk to receive
your conference materials, entry badge and goodie bag. In order
to ensure that you get your preferred choice of workshops, it
is imperative that you register early to avoid disappointment!
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Conference Committee reserves all rights to make modifications
to any part of the Conference programme.
LANGUAGE MEDIUM
All sessions will be conducted in English.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payment can be arranged either by cheques made payable to: “Family
Connexion”, or through Telegraphic Transfer to
OCBC: 548-031657-001.
MODE OF REGISTRATION
Registration forms can be downloaded, submitted online, or sent
in by surface mail or fax.
